Terms of Use of the “MEMBERS ONLY” Loyalty Platform for Casa Pizarro Hotel

Definitions:

• “Platform”: refers to the loyalty platform of the Hotel: Casa Pizarro Hotel “MEMBERS ONLY”.
• “User”: any person who registers and participates in the loyalty program through the Platform.
• “Benefits”: advantages, discounts, gifts, special services and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the framework of the program.

Record:

To participate in the loyalty program, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, up-to-date, and complete information. By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the program and other marketing activities from Casa Pizarro Hotel.

Access to exclusive benefits at Casa Pizarro Hotel with the “MEMBERS ONLY” Platform:

For each confirmed booking and stay at Casa Pizarro Hotel, the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions established on the Platform, and may change levels within the program depending on the frequency of their bookings and stays. Levels within the Platform are non-transferable and can only be used at Casa Pizarro Hotel.

Exclusive Benefits Application:

The offers available on the Platform will be automatically applied to searches made by its members once they are identified in the Casa Pizarro Hotel booking engine prior to the confirmation of their reservation.

Termination and Changes:

Casa Pizarro Hotel reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, its terms, or any benefit at any time, after notifying users. In the event of fraudulent or abusive activity, or any violation of these terms, Casa Pizarro Hotel may terminate a user’s membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.

Data Protection:

All information provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Casa Pizarro Hotel Privacy Policy. The Hotel undertakes not to share or sell User information to third parties without their explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Casa Pizarro Hotel will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or the Benefits.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions or the loyalty program will be resolved by the competent courts of Cáceres. By registering on the Casa Pizarro Hotel Loyalty Platform, the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the aforementioned terms and conditions.
